CHAIR MASSAGE

A chair massage allows a combination of Acupressure, joint release, stretching and pressure point massage to promote physical fitness and prevent the onset of (work related) illness such as symptoms of stress and burnout. Chair massage is based on the traditional Japanesepressure point massage and is applied to head, back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and hips.

This massage relaxes the muscles and harmonises the autonomic nervous system by dissolving tension and blockages.

The result is that you feel relaxed and refreshed. Furthermore it refreshes the mind and body.

The massage takes place on an ergonomic, portable chair which is adaptable to any size and, as is usual with Far Eastern techniques, fully clothed.

The massage chair is also comfortable for pregnant women and during pregnancy a nobile massage is particularly beneficial.
